Crossways Charity Offices - Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Crossways is a charity organisation caring for people with mental health issues. They contracted Richardson and Peat to construct a single storey office block in one of their institutional sites, working in an environment where no disruption to the residents was critical. The careful planning and handling of the works allowed the building to be constructed without cause for concern. The single storey 200m² office block was designed to separate the offices from the main buildings and was built to high thermal values to reduce heating requirements. It was finished internally as fully functional offices.
